Yes! I offer a free trial lesson for all new students so you can see if our teaching style is the right fit. Send me a message to arrange a trial.

My classes aim to mainly follow parts of the UK national curriculum, but are bespoke classes to meet the individual needs of each learner, including SEN support where needed.

GCSE/IGCSE English Support
What topics do you cover in GCSE English support?
I cover all key areas of the GCSE English Language and Literature curriculum, including comprehension, writing skills, poetry analysis, Shakespeare, and exam techniques.
SEN Support
Do you have SEND teaching experience?
Do your classes suit children who need accommodations?
Yes, I have a Bachelor’s degree in childhood social and moral development, my major was in social science and my minor in psychology.
I have ongoing CPD courses in ‘current research and practice’ with understanding ADHD and Autism.
Regardless of all that! I have two autistic children with plenty of extras! (who I home educate).
Many of my students have challenges or learning difficulties, I work frequently with autistic, ADHD, dyslexic students: either in a 1-to-1 setting or small groups.
I find it extremely rewarding to be privileged to work with these unique students.
Classes are 1-to-1 or group, depending on the child. Some of my SEN students do both, I basically support their group learning by preparing it or repeating the content afterwards where needed. (the group learning can be less successful academically, but useful for them to learn peer interaction skills and group settings).
