Just a few things to make sure everything runs smoothly:

● Please could your child sign into the Zoom classroom with their real first name so I know that I am letting in the right student.

● Headphones are not a requirement, but they may help your child to concentrate better during the lesson, and eliminate any audio feedback or looping.

● I understand not all enjoy being on camera, but it helps to make sure your child is following the lesson, so please encourage them to be visible.

● Please make sure your child has any pens, paper, workbooks etc that they will need for their lesson.

● Please do not share the Zoom ID and Password with anyone, I will make sure that everyone who needs the details has them don’t worry.

● I will do my best to work around any technical issues that arise, but I cannot guarantee that won’t happen, unfortunately that’s the nature of doing things online!

● I will do my best to provide a high standard of education, but I will likely not be able to cover everything on the syllabus so please keep this in mind if exams are coming up.

● If you won’t be able to attend a lesson on the morning of, please contact the Tutor directly, preferably 24 hours before. ( this applies just to 121 students).

● If your child doesn’t show without prior notice, I will wait online for 15 mins but after that time the lesson will be ended and no refund will be given. (121)

● Payment can be made online to: GoCardless, DD monthly. https://pay.gocardless.com/BRT0002NB13C5KH

● Please sign up to Gocardless before your lessons or course starts, to reserve your lessons, if payment is not made I cannot guarantee the lesson times will be available for you.

● I understand things can change unexpectedly so I will try to be as flexible as possible but I may be unable to reschedule lessons at short notice. (121, small groups).

All lessons are a no phone zone, for your child’s best learning and engagement, please support your child in this important requirement.

All group lessons are recorded but for your child’s online safety it will be just my face appearing at all times in the recording. Your child’s name won’t appear in the recording. You will find recordings for classes you’ve missed on Google Classroom, please never share the link of course.
