What is Jolly Phonics?
Jolly Phonics is a programme for teaching reading and writing. It is based on a systematic synthetic phonics approach. It is the first stage in teaching children to read and write using the 4 key skills : phonics, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Teaching from Reception/P1 to Year 6/P7 that is multi-sensory and active with fun actions, stories and songs.
How do I know what level my child is at?
To take part in Jolly Phonics 2, your child should have achieved certain markers. Assess their level using my checklist here
